Mia is a child and family social worker who is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate and supportive space where children feel heard, understood and empowered. She is dedicated to supporting children and families as they navigate challenges and develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

Mia specializes in working with children through a child-centred, non-directive approach to play therapy, which honours each child’s unique experiences, strengths and pace throughout their therapeutic journey. She is currently completing her certification in Child-Centred Play Therapy and brings a trauma-informed, client-centred perspective to her work.

Mia completed her Masters of Social Work and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
